ASM Group is a well-established and highly regarded safety consultancy, providing expert health & safety services across multiple sectors for over 20 years. Due to increased demand, we are expanding our team and seeking two experienced Health & Safety Consultants to support our general consultancy division and PSCS on-site projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Work as part of the ASM General Consultancy team
✔ Deliver health & safety inductions, site inspections, and audits
✔ Act as a PSCS Representative on projects
✔ Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation
✔ Liaise with clients and coordinate contractors to ensure compliance
✔ Provide training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
✔ Maintain site safety management systems and monitor compliance
✔ Support PSDP services and health & safety training coordination
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Have:
🔹 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Consultant or Safety Officer
🔹 Third-level qualification in Health & Safety (Diploma or higher)
🔹 Experience in construction safety and regulatory compliance
🔹 Knowledge and experience in PSCS (Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage)
🔹 Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate contractors
🔹 Ability to travel as required across different sites
Nice to Have:
➕ PSDP (Project Supervisor for the Design Process) experience
➕ Experience in delivering health & safety training
➕ Prior work in a health & safety consultancy
➕ Additional certifications in workplace safety regulations
