Kaylee joined ASM in 2021 and has been instrumental in supporting the growth of our team and services. Her current role as Environmental & Design Safety Manager reflects ASM’s commitment to proactive safety through design — ensuring risks are identified and managed from the earliest stages of every project.

Kaylee leads our PSDP and Design Risk Management services, helping clients across diverse sectors to implement safety and environmental compliance into their projects. Before stepping into this role, Kaylee worked as an Environmental Consultant for over five years, gaining extensive experience in environmental compliance and sustainability.

Since transitioning into Health & Safety consultancy, Kaylee has worked across a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure, providing expert guidance on design safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Her combined environmental and safety expertise allows her to deliver holistic solutions that protect people, projects, and the environment.
