Its capabilities cover building control, fire engineering and fire safety, energy compliance and building performance, water hygiene and treatment, specialist access and inspection, and broader property and asset compliance.
These services complement ASM’s health and safety and construction expertise when clients need additional technical support across buildings, estates and development projects.
Infrastructure
The Infrastructure Division supports infrastructure projects at every stage, from early investigation and construction through to long-term asset management.
Its specialists provide ground investigation, geotechnical and geoenvironmental services, construction materials testing, environmental chemistry, surveying and monitoring, structural investigation, ecology and asset management.
For ASM’s construction and project clients, these capabilities provide access to complementary technical information and expertise that can support site assessment, design, construction and project delivery.
Food & Life Sciences
Specialist laboratory testing, analytical and scientific services are at the heart of the Food & Life Sciences Division. Together, they support product quality, public health and regulatory compliance.
In Ireland and the UK, the division’s capabilities include analytical chemistry, microbiology, drug and alcohol testing, and a range of other specialist laboratory services.
These services may be particularly relevant to ASM clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and drink, manufacturing and other highly regulated sectors.
