The full-service health and safety package.

The ASM Advanced Health and Safety Package covers all aspects of workplace safety:

1. Safety Management System Review
   We will review your existing health and safety system; provide a safety statement, review your policies and procedures and ensure they are suitable for your organisation’s needs.
2. Maintaining the Safety Management System
   Following the initial review, we will ensure your systems are maintained and that the relevant documentation is kept up to date and compliant.
3. Regular Meetings
   As your health and safety representative, we will attend your management meetings. This important detail ensures that we have a clear understanding of the company’s activities and projects – an absolute must if we are to act as the legally required health and safety representative..
4. Training Plan
   ASM will prepare a training plan for your organisation and advise on the legal requirements and relevant industry standards. Our trained and experienced team will also assist with the rollout of this training.
5. Project-Specific Requirements
   When you have project-specific requirements, we will prepare your safety documentation, such as:
   • Safety Plans
   • Method Statements
   • Risk Assessments
   • Toolbox Talks
   • Audits
   • Emergency Plans.
6. Audits
   Our team will provide monthly health and safety audits at your company premises, construction sites, and/or other operational areas.
7. Incident Management
   We will support you with any workplace accident or incident investigations necessary.
8. Tendering Support
   As well as providing the health and safety element for your tenders, we act as your Company Safety Manager and attend client meetings on behalf of the organisation.
9. Safety Talks
   We deliver toolbox talks for your staff. The standard recommendation is to hold at least one such talk per month.
10. Safety Information Circulation
    You will be included in ASM’s regular safety communications, including legislative updates, safety alerts, and topical information.
11. Assisting Existing Safety Management Teams
    Where there is an existing Safety Manager or Safety Team, ASM can provide a resource to assist them in their duties.
12. Annual Safety Seminar
    ASM can carry out an annual safety seminar day, developed to suit your needs.

This package equates to approximately 3+ days of health and safety services per month, depending on the company size and requirements.
