These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of training courses offered by Advanced Safety Management Ltd. (T/A ASM Group). By booking a course with Advanced Safety Management Ltd. you are agreeing to accept our terms and conditions as outlined below. Advanced Safety Management Ltd. reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time with any amendments updated to our website.
Booking of Training Courses
Training course bookings can be booked via our website or directly through our office. Once you have placed a training course booking with us you will receive an order confirmation by email detailing all relevant information required for attendance on the course. Booking on training courses advertised by us is subject to availability. Advanced Safety Management reserve the right to decline any booking or deny access to our training courses to any individual or company.
Payment of Course Fee’s
Payments can be made by credit card, electronic bank transfer and cheque. Payments can be made directly through our secure booking system on our website. Full payment must be received prior to the course to confirm and secure a place on the course. The course fee’s cover all charges including documentation, administration, and certification costs that apply to each course.
Individual Booking: Full payment is required to book and confirm a place on the course. Payment can be completed online through our website, by credit card over the phone, via electronic bank transfer or by cheque. Once payment is processed the individual will receive an electronic receipt confirming payment.
Company Booking: For a new company course booking, payment is required 14 days before course commencement date. Advanced Safety Management Ltd. will issue a proforma invoice requesting payment for the course. Payment in full will be required at the time of booking if the course is to commence within 14 days of the booking. Payment can be completed online through our website, by credit card over the phone, via electronic bank transfer or by cheque. Once payment is processed the company will receive an electronic receipt confirming payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A full refund of course fees will be provided if written notification is provided to Advanced Safety Management Ltd. more than 11 working days prior to the commencement of the training course. Any course material provided in advance must be returned to us before the refund is processed.
- Course cancellations received 10 working days or less will not be eligible for a refund.
- Course participants who do not attend or complete the course fully will not receive a refund.
- Course participants who show up to Safe Pass training more than 15 minutes after the notified course start time will not be permitted to join the course, and all course fees will be non-refundable. It is recommended that all Safe Pass participants show up to their designated Safe Pass course 15 minutes prior to the course commencement time.
Transfers and Substitutions: Transfers and Substitutions of participants is permitted prior to the start of the course. Any transfers/substitutions must be notified in writing prior to the commencement of the course. Transfers/substitutions received less than 5 days before course commencement date will be subject to 30% administration fee.
Course Cancellation/Rescheduling: Advanced Safety Management Ltd. will always aim to proceed with our scheduled training courses. In the unforeseen circumstances that necessitates a course cancellation, participants will be given as much notice as possible and will be accommodated on the next available course. Where a course is not rescheduled a full refund will be provided. Advanced Safety Management will not be responsible for any costs incurred by participants in the event of any course cancellation/rescheduling.
Virtual Classroom Training Courses
When booking virtual classroom training it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure a quality internet connectivity, suitable hardware, and software for participating in virtual classroom training. Participants must ensure these requirements before booking or commencing a virtual classroom training course. Virtual classroom training courses will commence at the scheduled time and participants connection or technical issues cannot be allowed to delay the commencement of the course. In these circumstances refunds cannot be granted to participants.
Liability and Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we provide our website without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that our website or any of its contents are virus free. Individuals or companies must take their own precautions in this respect, as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything, which has destructive properties. Although we do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to our website, we do not provide any guarantees on this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay that may occur. The website provides content from other sources and while we try to ensure that material included on our website is correct, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. This disclaimer does not affect your individual or company statutory rights.
To the full extent allowed by law, you agree that Advanced Safety Management Ltd. will not be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or relating to our Website. If we are found to be liable to you our liability shall not exceed the course fees paid by you.
Use of Material on our Website
For the purposes of this agreement, “material” includes, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on our website. You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal but only for non-commercial gain. You must not reproduce any part of our website or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form unless we have granted permission for you to do so.
The Terms and Conditions shall for all purposes be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
