ASM Group acts as our dedicated Health & Safety Consultant at Danone Wexford, fulfilling the roles of PSCS, PSDP, and Client Contractor Management Representative. They work closely with our Health/Safety and Engineering teams to ensure full compliance with both local regulatory standards and Danone’s Global Health & Safety policies. Their clear, actionable guidance and proactive coordination have been instrumental in maintaining high standards of contractor management and successful delivery of key projects within the facility. Dairygold has recently completed our flagship spray dryer project in our existing plant in Mallow, Co. Cork. The project involved significant demolition of parts of our existing plant and the construction of a state of the art spray drier, evaporator, and associated process systems. The project value was €86 million, the project was complex and executed over a fast track programme. ASM Group, in their capacity as PSCS for Dairygold, managed health & safety to a very high standard. We found their approach and professionalism to be excellent and consider them to be a key part of the success of this project. We look forward to working with ASM Group on other projects in the near future

Solar Energy Works

ASM Group serves as our trusted Local Health & Safety Consultant in the Republic of Ireland for our EPC solar installation projects. Acting as the Client PSCS representative, ASM supports our project teams in ensuring full compliance with both local regulatory requirements and ibvogt’s internal Health & Safety standards. To date, ASM has provided expert support across five of our EPC projects, as well as offering valuable assistance to our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. Their approach has consistently been knowledgeable, proactive, and responsive, aligning closely with our project needs and timelines. As PSDP on our project, ASM Group provided outstanding support during the design stage. By taking a proactive approach to risk management, they ensured health and safety was embedded in the design process, improved overall coordination, and created a strong foundation for safe project delivery.
